You’re juggling a lot.

And when a ball (or three) gets dropped, it’s common to feel guilty, fed up, and overwhelmed.

That feeling that you “should” be handling all the things better? With a little practice, we can manage it. I specialize in therapy for women (and men) looking to quiet the noise and find their direction. By working with you to manage stress and set realistic boundaries, the balancing act gets a bit less overwhelming.

Let’s make time for you to start feeling more capable, happy, and in control.

Meet Allison J. Rogers, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Too often, women put themselves last. Trust me, I’ve been there! That’s why I care a lot about what I do. As a therapist based in Florence, SC, I collaborate with clients who are feeling overwhelmed or experiencing indecision, sadness, trauma, addiction, anxiety, and big life changes. I am especially passionate about working with women. The things we feel like we should be able to handle without breaking a sweat are actually really tricky. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. I have over a decade of experience as a licensed social worker and am trained in multiple evidence-based (aka proven effective) therapy techniques.

You have so much potential to feel better. I’m here to help you find your way.
